About Us

At Flying Start Running we take great pride in helping runners of all ages achieve their ‘personal best’ while providing a running community people feel proud to be a part of.

We are passionate about helping recreational runners, athletes and sportspeople get fitter, faster and stronger while improving technique, flexibility and reducing the risk of injury.

The only pre-requisite to run with us is a willingness to work hard and a desire to improve.
